What is the difference between Black Tea, Green Tea, and Herbal Tea?
Black Tea and Green Tea come from the same plant (Camellia Sinensis) but are processed differently. Black Tea is fully oxidized, giving it a bold and robust flavor. Green Tea is minimally processed, offering a lighter, fresher taste. Herbal Tea, also known as a tisane, is made from dried herbs, flowers, spices, and fruits — and contains no actual tea leaves or caffeine.

Are your teas organic?
Yes, our Darjeeling Black and Green Teas are certified organic in India and sourced directly from trusted estates. Our herbal teas are handcrafted in Canada using high-quality natural and ethically sourced ingredients.

Are your teas caffeine-free?
All of our herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for anytime of the day. Our black and green teas do contain caffeine, but in lower amounts than coffee.

Where do your teas come from?
Our Darjeeling Teas are sourced directly from small, artisanal tea estates in the Himalayan region of India. Our herbal blends are handcrafted in Canada using premium botanicals, many of which are locally or ethically sourced.

How should I store tea to keep it fresh?
Store your tea in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture, and strong odors. Our resealable pouches are designed to maintain freshness and quality.

How long does your tea stay fresh?
When stored properly, our teas retain their flavor and benefits for up to 12–18 months. Each pouch is marked with a best-before date for your convenience.

Are your teas safe for children or pregnant women?
Some herbal teas may not be suitable during pregnancy or for children. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming herbal teas if you’re pregnant, nursing, or giving it to young children.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we ship across Canada. We’re working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
